I am finally setting up my very own blog. Who knew...just a few years ago the term "blog" meant nothing to me. While I knew it had to do with internet postings, I figured it was only for those computer savvy people out there. Fast forward to present time, and you find me addicted to no less than five blogs which I read religiously and cry when they're not updated regularly.

cooking.night...
...at dali's house. On the menu: baked mac and cheese, edamame salad, falafel with cucumber sauce, and both almond with anise, and almond with dried cranberry biscotti. I was in charge of dessert this time, and despite having more than a month to come up with a recipe, i waited until the last minute- 5:20pm on cooking night when i was picking andrea up at 6pm. It worked out perfectly, and the biscotti were delicious. We all agreed that it was the tastiest cooking night yet. We'd make everything again! Since it was our fourth night, everyone's had a turn to host, so next time we're back to the beginning at andrea's place. We're talking about making this a whole day event, starting at haymarket in the am to gather our ingredients, and picking more time consuming recipes.

I hear that you're a really good cook already evil, so you probably don't need as much practice as I do. That's why you don't have cooking night.
