I fixed our leaky sink today. It's literally been dripping since we moved in. Our landlord had tightened everything up when i'd mentioned it to him, but it didn't solve the problem. I finally got tired of having a bowl taking up space under there, so I unscrewed everything, cleaned off the rubber ring, and reattached it all. So far it seems to be working.
