Erik won the biggest loser tonight. Big surprise. There wasn't really a way for any of the other three to beat him since he started out a lot bigger than them. Granted, it's the biggest percentage of weight loss that counts, but if you start off having a lot more to lose, you have a much better shot at winning. He looked great. He started off at 407, and finished at 193 for a total loss of 214 lbs, or 52.58%. He lost more than half of himself. Kai was off her rocker tonight. Who knows what she ingested before coming out on stage, but it's not the best idea when you're on live television. Great way to embarrass yourself for sure....
